Solid Gold Facade

This sparkly gold facade was commissioned by the Bondt Bouwcombinatie of Hulten-Strabag, and fabricated by Poly Products. The panels are on a new school in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. The fiberglass panels are coated in gold flakes and sealed with resin. The resulting finish looks more like a soft, brushed metal surface than fiberglass!
